We've recently touched upon the many outlandish pursuits of new Land Rover vehicles. From taking on an epic trek across the largest desert in the world to a 10,000 mile journey from England to India, our preferred brand clearly answers the call no matter where it may lead. But with all this excitement on the Land Rover of Birmingham blog, we thought we'd kick back, relax, and introduce the brand's pending Leisure range of vehicles.

This segment is actually just one of three merging targets for the British auto brand. Eventually, we'll see vehicles fit into a Luxury, Leisure, or a Dual Purpose classification. While we've seen a few additions to the Luxury league recently, there will likely be major developments on all three fronts. However, it looks as though the Leisure category is getting the most love next year.

Land Rover is out to replace the retired Freeland with a model that will be known as the Discovery. Judging purely by the moniker, our Irondale, AL staff is presuming that even while in the Leisure suite, we'll be dealing with vehicles who know no bounds. After all, that's been a cornerstone of the brand from day one and we don't anticipate a few Sunday drives here and there bucking that trend.

For more updates about pending models or to get a firsthand glance at those Luxury additions we mentioned, stop into our Land Rover dealer where our sales team would be happy to help you. While you're here, you might even consider a test drive in one of the new arrivals.
