I picked up my wife's 2023 Range Rover yesterday and Stephen Kennedy, our salesman, spent so much time with me going over all the new features and making sure I was comfortable with the differences from the 2019 we traded in. I was blown away. TBH I know more about this one and its capabilities than any of the previous models we have had in the past. Lee and his crew are absolute masters at customer service. He and the service department provided timely evaluations of the problems with my Land Rover, provided options for repair and completed the repairs well earlier than anticipated. I was 5 hours from home when my Land Rover experienced engine problems. Lee bent over backwards making sure replacement parts were enroute, keeping me advised of the repair progress and even personally driving the vehicle to ensure the service crew got it perfect. It was not a pleasant feeling being without the vehicle for a time but Lee and the entire service department made it a bit easier with their efforts above and beyond (he even took the time to go into my glovebox and retrieve my wife’s business cards at our request a week after we had returned home). It’s the little things that this dealership excels at. I’m going to make every effort (if I ever trade my LR in) to make that trade at Land Rover Birmingham solely on this experience and knowing Lee and the service crew are masters at their craft.

We currently own a 2016 Range Rover which we purchased from Land Rover Bham. The equipment has served us well and has been an enjoyable owner experience. However those in the service department are rarely seen but they have a person that represents them and his name is Leeman Tillery. Leeman has always taken good care of us! Even today we had an emergency with a flat tire on her LR4 and a day full of many commitments not knowing how my wife was going to get her car fixed and still meet all of her meetings. They once again were very accommodating. They had the tire in stock! Which our local tire store didn’t and they performed a great job in record time! Thanks!

we pulled in driving back to Nashville. apparently we got some bad gas. the service staff got our vehicle in. put additives in treated the fuel and we were back on the road within a few hours. best part when we tried to pay them they said it was in them. great people.

Service Department staff bent over backwards to fix an unexpected mechanical issue on our Discovery Sport two days before a surgical procedure, at which time the vehicle was going to be needed.

That is so rare in the car business today. These guys are great. They are the Most knowledgeable people around regarding Land Rovers. They are friendly and accommodating for business people. Our experience was good pertaining to the first service for our 2017 Evoque. We live & traveled from 3 hours South of Birmingham & had requested a courtesy vehicle for the day since we would be so far away from home & wanted to make a shopping day out of the trip as well. When we got there, we got the “last” one available, thank goodness! The service was really fast & have had no problems. The ONLY suggestion that I might have would be that if they had a quick wash & vacuum would be awesome!

We purchased a beautiful 2013 Jaguar, XJ preowned vehicle. We love the car. Jaguar is the very best vehicle we have ever experienced as we replaced a 2006 S-Type with this one. I hate to say this but, as a stipulation of our deal and contractual agreement, we were to be supplied two relatively inexpensive items. Our purchase was in April 2017 and we have yet to receive these two items. Even after several emails, phone calls, person to person contact.... nothing. I know they are better than this and I will continue to communicate with them to resolve this issue. Darrell Webb was our salesman and was especially helpful and courteous and this shortfall does not rest on his shoulders.

I received the vehicle back two days sooner than expected, and it operates great. I ordered 2017 Lwb Range Rover . There has been issues with the car but Land Rover of Birmingham has been most helpful. Even driving 1 1/2 hrs to pick up my car for service. Customer service is phenomenal. Quick, pleasant and all reps very professional. I wish I loved the car as much as the service I experienced!

My husband I went to Land Rover yesterday with intentions on purchasing an evoque. When we got there, the one we had our eye on already sold. After looking around we realized for our family of 3 + 3 fur kids that the evoque wouldn't be big enough anyways. Our sales rep, Michael Smith was amazing! Not only did he help us find our perfect car for our family, but he was so patient with my million questions. After our purchase was final, he even took an additional 30 minutes out of his night to explain every single control and option in the car since we are new to the Land Rover family! I didn't know what to expect with purchasing from a luxury dealership, but it was hands down the easiest and nicest experience I've ever had at a dealership! Our finance director was amazing as well! He explained all the additional options thoroughly and was very honest with us! And the car? Well it's amazing! My only complaint is that this car will probably hurt my marriage as my husband and I are already fighting over who gets to drive it! :-)

Nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Very accommodating, even to the small dog we brought with us - they gave him lots of treats. Most of my negotiating was done via email and pictures; the car was accurately described and there weren't any surprises when I showed up. All the paperwork was prepped ahead of time and that made the transaction even easier. I drove over 600 miles to pick up my car. They were kind enough to detail it and fill up with gas.

Bought a used BMW 335d sight unseen from them. It was a very smooth and easy transaction and they even took my trade in. Someone drove the car to me and drove my car back. I recently purchased an 09 Maxima from Tom Williams Land Rover Dealership in Birmingham, Al. The whole deal was done by phone and e-mails. I actually dealt with the G.M. Mike Long who was very friendly and shot straight with me without a lot of "run-around". Mr. Longs' staff made the whole buying process fast and painless. Without a doubt the most pleasant car purchase I have ever experienced!! I was given an honest "walk around" of my vehicle as the lead salesman talked to me on his cell phone and pointed out the bad ( a couple of scratches or door dings) as well as the good. His description was very accurate. I was able to drive from my home to the dealership (over 100 miles) and the whole buying process was less than 40 minutes. The staff had everything ready, even washed and a full tank of gas!! Most places I've dealt with in the past give you a gas voucher to some questionable jiffy mart and call it a day. I hope to keep this car a good while, but if not I will head back to Land Rover of Birmingham.
