Available on the new Discovery Sport, Terrain Response is able to adapt the vehicle's responses of the engine and gearbox to optimize your drive, and based on conditions, so you get a smoother ride. For example, in the video above, we can see that the Land Rover Discover switches to the right terrain (in this case, snow), and it is able to go across the top of a waterfall in Iceland, which is pretty impressive, though we recommend not trying that yourself.
